Hello!

This phrase appears in a stocktaking training document.

"Sind alle Aufträge und Listen bearbeitet so sind die Listen auf der Firma 100 (Österreich und, „Schlanke“ Töchter) an das x zu senden. Alle anderen Tochterunternehmen senden die Listen an ihren zuständigen Finance–Bereich"

Whst is the best way to phrase this in English?
Is a "schlanke Töchter" an intermediary or does it mean "subsidiaries with lean management"?

Or something different?
