neutral  vera12191: Are you sure that it concerns credits/LCs? In Germany 'Rahrmenvertrag' is usually closed between a seller and buyer for purchase of commodities.

  -> It does not concern credits etc. however from a language point of view the concept of 'drawing down' on such a contract seems to me to be more appropriate
