This is occurs in insurance documentation. I have found Alleinzeichnungsgeschäft to be sole company but cannot find any translation for Führungsgeschäft. Any help would be appreciated!

Sole and lead insurer

Explanation:
Refers to the issue of whether an insurer acts as the sole (or lead) insurer, as opposed to co-insuring in partnership with other insurance firms.

"Damit ist nicht gesagt, daß alle diese Unternehmen mit ihrer gesamten Versicherungskapazität als selbständige Anbieter am Markt der industriellen Feuer- und Betriebsunterbrechungsversicherung auftreten (im sog. Führungs- und Alleinzeichnungsgeschäft). Vornehmlich die kleineren unter ihnen tätigen alle oder einen grossen Teil ihrer Abschlüsse im Rahmen von Mitversicherungsverträgen, deren Konditionen und Prämiensätze von einem anderen Unternehmen als führendem Versicherer ausgehandelt werden."
