Asker: I don’t think Russia is involved here (there is no mention of Russia anywhere in the letter). The cooperatation is with Russbläserlieferanten – sootblower suppliers. I apologise for the typo in my question: “mit der gängigen Russbäser-Technologie” should have read “mit der gängigen Russbläser-Technologie”.
