German term or phrase: Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung, gesamte Geschäftsführung

“Gesamtgeschäftsführung” is normally termed as “Joint Management”. But in the given context in which all the terms “Gesamtgeschäftsführung”, “Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung" and “gesamte Geschäftsführung" are used, would it be alright to use “Joint Management”, “Joint Managing Directors” and the “overall management”, or do you suggest any other better and more prevalent options for all three terms. Moreover, would it be correct if I use the same English term for “Gesamtgeschäftsführung” and “gesamte Geschäftsführung".

I do not know the context in which these words are being used, so suggesting the correct terms will be difficult.

If you say that "Gesamtgeschäftsführung" is "joint management," then I would not use that term for "gesamte Geschäftsführung," which--it seems to me--would then be "(the) whole or entire management."

As for "Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung," I would simply use "member(s) of management."

Like I said, without the actual context, i.e., the sentences containing such terms and the surrounding sentences, mine is little more than a guess here.
