Explanation:
... springs to mind although the German strikes me as being (just slightly) over the top. Depending on further context, which you haven't provided (such as the type of company, organisational structure/structure of departments and business units), "Steuerung" could also mean planning, control, steering or coordination.

Which type of company are we talking about here?
