Hier ist der Kunde gemeint, der die Ware direkt bei der Firma kauft, eventuell, um sie dann als Einzelhändler weiter zu verkaufen. Ist hier vielleicht "direct customer" möglich, oder gibt es einen gängigen Begriff hierfür.

Mal ein etwas anderer Ansatz, da der Kunde die Ware schließlich käuflich erwirbt. Ein Begriff mit "tier" könnte missverständlich sein, da damit auch andere Kategorien/Kundenstrukturen gemeint sein können (z. B. eine Gliederung nach A-, B- und C-Kunden anhand des Umsatzes).
