Es geht um eine Broschüre der Wirtschaftsförderung und dort dann um den Satz:
"Um eine umfassende Betreuung der ansässigen und *ansiedlungswilligen* Betriebe sicherzustellen, hat die Stadt dei Wirtschaftsförderung als Stabsstelle organisiert..."

ich komme nur auf so umständliche Dinge wie "willing to set up their business"; das will mir aber nicht so recht passen zumal ich auch von der Zeichenzahl eine Obergrenze einhalten muss.
Hat vielleicht jemand eine zündende Idee?
