Ich würde den Satz auf jeden Fall teilen, sonst verheddert man sich total. Wahrscheinlich wäre statt "conditions" auch "discounts" angebracht, aber es steht so nicht da...
Wie man den "Verband" letztendlich nennt, hängt wohl davon ab, um was für einen Verband es sich handelt.
