German term or phrase: Stand : 11.08.2011
I am transalting one stock list.
At the left hand corner of it, its written " Stand : 11.08.2011". Its clear that the field is indicating date. So is it right if I translate "Stand" as "Date" ? Or words like 'state' or 'status' should be used ?

"Stand" means that the list was up to date on that day.

You can say either "as at + date" or "as per + date".

neutral  writeaway: over-translation imo. it may or may not have been updated on that date. it's just the way things were as at that particular date

  -> well...at least the document would be available for updating... otherwise the document or the date would be only of low or no relevance... wouldn't it?
