Eine Kundschaft fragt nach der Übersetzung dieses Begriffs aber ich kenne mich hier nicht aus. Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

Kontext: Mit dem Merkmal „Zwangssteuerung“ werden Sonderausstattungen gekennzeichnet, die zu 100 % über Systeme zwangsgesteuert werden, damit sichergestellt ist, dass sie bei einer Bestellung immer Bestandteil eines Auftrages sind. Mit einem Bestellsystem für Kfz-Sonderausstattungen (also vergleichbar mit Buchhaltungssystem)

I do not know what the correct term is, but this seems to be what is implied by the context.

Unfortunately, there are not many English language Google hits for "mandatory items" relating to an order filling system. For what it is worth, here is one that I found:

agree  pj-ffm: Used to indicate required/mandatory components/items/sub-systems that are automatically included with the main item when it is selected. e.g. the faceplates and fixings required if fog lamps are selected as an extra.
