or - you are more than 60 days in arrears (with payments) . "with payments" isnt imperative in this connection. Pls. ignore the word "by" in my first answer, it´s definitely redundant.

agree  Camilla Seifert: I prefer "arrears" and personally only use "default" if payment is not forthcoming at all - i.e. defaulting on the agreement (violation of obligations). Arrears implies - to be late; default implies not being able to pay.
