So this "kostenpflichtig bestellen" is a kind of order which is in theory not final. There is definitely no button to touch after the 14-days period when the purchase definitely is fulfilled.
This solution was chosen not with Internet commerce in mind butwith a large pack of outbound call centers. They surprised customers with a morning/evening/nightly phone attack and they had no way out of the contract. Since then all purchases through distant sales channels are not final. One source:
