There are a number of possible translations, but most dictionaries suggest "occupational expenses" (see below).
Some (Dietl/Lorenz, Dic of Legal, Comm + Pol Terms) rather describe as follows: "expenses incurred for production of income" or "expenses connected with the exercise of a trade or occupation" - in short, "occupational expenses".;
