Entgegenstehende oder von diesen Bedinungen abweichende Geschäftsbedingungen, insbesondere Einkaufsbedinungen werden von usn nicht anerkannt. DIEI GILT AUCH FÜR DEN FALL, DASS DIE LIEFERUNG VON UNS VORBEHALTSLOS AUSGEFÜHRT WIRD.
This applies as well to deliveries which have been carried out without reservation????
