Der Kunde verpflichtet sich, seine nach Abschluss des Factoring-Vertrages entstehenden Forderungen aus Warenlieferungen/Dienstleistungen gegen seine sämtlichen in- und ausländischen Kunden (Debitoren) fortlaufend und unverzüglich nach Rechnungserstellung XXX zum Kauf anzubieten. Die Anbietungspflicht des Kunden erstreckt sich außerdem auf sämtliche Forderungen gegen **Zentralregulierer**/Einkaufsverbände. Es dürfen nur solche Forderungen angeboten werden, auf die Lieferungen und Leistungen vollständig und ordnungsgemäß erbracht sind.

The client undertakes to offer its claims for goods deliveries/services against all its domestic and foreign clients (debtors) ensuing after the factoring agreement has been closed to FORTIS for purchase immediately and continuously after the invoice has been drawn up. Furthermore, the obligation to offer extends to all claims against **Zentralregulierer**/purchasing associations. Only those claims may be offered, for which deliveries and services have been wholly and correctly rendered.
