Eine sehr umständliche deutsche Konstruktion, die nicht oft vorkommt - habe 2 Einträge in Google gesehen (eine davon ist deine)!
Meine Übersetzung ist Standard und kommt in Business English sehr oft vor.Sie gehen davon aus, dass ab dem 61. Tag kassiert wird - ich sage, falls die Rechnung bis zum 60. Tag nicht beglichen ist,will ich meinen Zuschlag.Sehe keinen inhaltlichen Unterschied.

Das Nettoziel wird nur angegeben, da es auch ein Skontoziel gibt.Bei einer kürzeren Frist wird oft ein Skonto abgezogen.*60 days net* drückt aus, dass es um Netto geht.
