Der Arbeitgeber ist berechtigt, den Mitarbeiter nach der Kündigung des Vertragsverhältnisses unter Fortzahlung der Arbeitsvergütung freizustellen. Auf den Freistellungszeitraum werden etwaige Urlaubs-, Überstundenausgleichsansprüche und sonstige Ansprüche auf Freistellung von der Arbeitsverpflichtung *angerechnet*.
The Employer is entitled to release the Employee from the continuing wage payments after termination of the contractual relationship. Any holiday pay, claims for overtime settlement and other claims for work leave shall be *deducted from/added to* the work obligation. |

The \"angerechnet\" does not relate to \"the work obligation.\" \"sonstige Ansprüche auf Freistellung von der Arbeitsverpflichtung\" belongs together and it means roughly \"other claims for release from the work obligation.\"
