German term or phrase: aufgleisung
"Koordination und Aufgleisung sowohl intern als auch extern."

This is a line from a product manager's reference, and the part they played in rolling out a new line of products.

From context and Google, Aufgleisung seems to be a Swiss German word, however, I'm not entirely sure what it means.

agree  Terry Moran: Roll-out is better. If it meant development, there would be no reason not to use -entwicklung.
