Radiation Protection Ordinance
Explanation:
Radiation Protection Ordinance and X-Ray Ordinance
Whereas previous regulations only covered man-made radiation the new **Radiation Protection Ordinance (Strahlenschutzverordnung, StrlSchV)**, which entered into force on 1 August 2001, also includes raised levels of radiation from natural sources.
The new Radiation Protection Ordinance and the new X-Ray Ordinance (Röntgenverordnung, RöV) of 18 June 2002 reduce the exposure values for the population to 1 millisievert (mSv) per year.

a) Yes, perhaps it would be a good idea to "mix both up". Googling for "Röntgenverordnung für den Strahlenschutz" does not give any hit except your own question on Proz.
b) This is the closest bilingual reference I could come up with.
c) I would wait for more comments/answers to come in from colleagues in other time zones.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Could I then mix both up and write something like: X-Ray Ordinance for radiation protection? Because the radiation protection ordinance according to your explanation is the "Strahlenschutzverordnung" and not the Röntgenverordnung (für den Strahlenschutz).

Peer comments on this answer (and responses from the answerer)
agree  Anne Schulz: You are right, it's no official term. The Fachkunde Strahlenschutz follows either the Röntgenverordnung or the Strahlenschutzverordnung (or, most recently, the Richtlinie Fachkunde und Kenntnisse im Strahlenschutz of the Röntgenverordnung).
