German term or phrase: Ausfertigung dem Erschienenen
This is at the end of a Notary's deed:

Es wird beantragt:

Ausfertigung dem Erschienenen
begl. Abschrift dem Erschienenen

I understand that a copy is requested for the person appearing before the Notary, buty what is the best way of putting this in English? Or is there even a standard equivalent?
