Explanation:
As some have mentioned in the discussion, there is only one UdK in Germany, so the city reference is not necessary, however, the official name of the institute includes "Berlin", so I would keep that in the translation.

You could also use their actual English name (assuming you are going to translate all of the university names), the Berlin University of the Arts, which is referred to often, including on their own website! (see reference)

In addition, it looks like there is a new joint cooperation between the TU and the UdK (http://www.hybrid-plattform.org), mentioned on the first page of the UdK's website!
