Again, I am filling out a report card and am hoping to find the meaning of Jgst.

Spanisch ab Jgst. 11

other subjects say "Lateinisch ab Kl. 7" whether that might be helpful. This report card is for someone in 11th grade.

Thank you!

I read the previous entries for this abbreviation but would like to know how it would apply in this context. Does that mean that he took this class with others who were scheduled to graduate in 2011 despite the fact that most of his grades were not good and some of the classes were repeated? I'm skeptical.

11th grade

Explanation:
Jahrgangsstufe (we simply no longer talk abot Klassen from the 10th grade onwards in Germany).

I do not understand what the issue is. Straightforward translation.

It's gotta be "about", the word that is so much fun when coming out of the mouths of Canadians.
