All,
this is from a final exam certificate of a university-level course

In a list of subjects covered by the course under the heading “Lernbereich 3 - Methoden der Bewegungsprävention“ appears Mobilisieren / Stretchen / Dehnen.

I would have thought that “Stretchen” and “Dehnen” is the same.
Are there any reasons to use two separate terms in the translation and if so what could I use?

Explanation:
Hi Peter, you were right.
I work out regularly in a German fitness studio and have been to many workshops etc. for trainers. Stretchen or Stretching means Dehnen - it´s just that people think it´s cool to use anglicisms.
