Daneben bezeichnet der Begriff auch den Rückstand beim Rösten schwefelhaltiger Erze. .... Letzteres wären dann die "roasting residues". Und Ersteres?
David Moore: 9:03am May 15, 2006: Hi Gabi, yes, the "Verlust" is metal burning off, vaporising, being oxidised, etc., generally as part of a manufacturing process; "roasting residues" can be likened to the residues you have to scrub off the walls of an oven after roasting a Sunday joint. -
