German term or phrase: Format

I thought I could use "format" in this context... but then when I Googled, I could not find
format used (nor form) in conjunction with Q10 (e.g. Q10 format, or Q10 form).
Can someone help me with this?

Der Versuch sollte verschiedene neue APIs (Heparin (sowohl in Matrix
als auch in Liquid), Q10) testen. Außerdem wurde ein Drug Load
Experiment mit Koffein 50% gemacht sowie eine neue Blisterform für
das ** Format F9 ** getestet.
Für die Rezepturen Placebo, Heparin, Koffein 50% wurde das Format 9
und für die Rezeptur Q10 das ** Format 12 ** benutzt. Die Blister wurden von
