This a badly written document. That's what has been given to me. Otherwise, where else would you find a chemist being recommended to crush particles that do not dissolve easilsy with the tip of a pipette?

"automatic foil sealing" - yes, but automatic sealing foil? I am not so sure and have never heard it or seen it in print. However, I have heard of "self-sealing foil", but this is probably not meant here? There is simply not enough context to be sure.
