I need help with this German sentence.
I cannot get the sense of it.

here is more context but it seems that sentences are not connected:

Der getrocknete Polymerfilm ist brennbar.
Der reine Stoff ist explosiv, nicht in reiner Form isolieren, nicht mahlen.
Der Salzgehalt ist nicht abbaubar.
Es wird Verwertung angestrebt, um beim Eintrag in Vorfluter die Trinkwasseraufbereitung zu entlasten.
