I'm wondering what "im Analysenausschuß" means in this sentence. I thought it meant Analysis Board/Committee but the customer has asked me to check my translation of the sentence. Can anyone shed any light on other possible meanings for it in this sentence?
"Mit dieser Methode wurde im Auftrag der Kunststoffkommission des ehemaligen Bundesgesundheitsamtes im Analysenausschuß der genannten Kommission die Methode xxxx der Amtlichen Sammlung mit der Ziel der Senkung der Nachweismethode überarbeitet".
