Art/Literary - Cinema, Film, TV, Drama | | German term or phrase: Topik-Reihen | Wuss untersucht den Film unter dem Aspekt der zeitlichen Anordnung von Wechselwirkungen zwischen narrativen Strukturen und arbeitet dabei drei narrative Strukturen heraus: (1) Topik-Reihen, bei denen der Sinnzusammenhang über die Variation wichtiger inhaltlicher Motive hergestellt wird, (2) die Kausal-Kette, die zentrale filmische Ereignisse nach dem Prinzip von Ursache und Wirkung verbindet und (3) die Story Schemata, die das Ergebnis von Wiederholung narrativer Stereotypen in vielen Filmen sind.
Apparently Topik can mean different things in Rhetorics as opposed to Linguistics, but I asked and in this case the "rhetorical" version is meant. Which seems to be "Topos"? But would "Topik-Reihe" be "topos row", "topos series", "topos chain" (as in a chain of logic??) Can't find appropriate matches for any of these. Thanks in advance for your help! |
