Film location contract. I'm wondering whether I could say "fair an reasonable" in this case? Or does that get too far away from the üblich bit? TIA for your help.

Explanation:
I think fair and reasonable is fine, but with the proviso that as this is likely to be a contract it might be better to spell things out as unambiguously as possible, so I would add something like "....and at the usual rates" or "....and at the rates customary in the industry". I think that "fair and reasonable" would be interpreted in this way, but it doesn't do any harm to spell it out.
