graphical interface
Explanation:
Yes, 'graphical user interface' is the standard term used in English. However, to be precise, the German should then say "grafische BENUTZERoberfläche" (emphasis added, of course), which is the common term in German. As the author has omitted the word "Benutzer", I would choose to do so in the English, too (especially lacking context to see whether omitting "user" or not is justifiable).

9 mins
graphical user interface

Explanation:
GUI is the common short form - but essentially this implies that a screen design exists which allows mouse or keyboard or touchscreen input by a user or operator. I've seen it shortened to interface. But that's tricky, as there are so many others. The German with an Umlaut would be graphische Oberfläche.
