I suspect they got the phrasing wrong here - IMHO the German should read "Ein derartiger Kontakt ist wichtig, um den Anforderungen der höchsten elektromagnetischen Bestimmungen/Standards gerecht zu werden.", or even shorter "...um den höchsten/anspruchsvollsten elektromagnetischen Standards/Normen gerecht zu werden".
