German to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Computers: Hardware / Simatic | | German term or phrase: Nummernbänder | Talking about functions and function blocks for PCS 7 and a "Bausteinnummernband" for self-written functions:
Nummernbänder sind für selbst erstellte Funktionen und Funktionsbausteine freigegeben, welche nicht von System- und Bibliotheksbausteinen benutzt werden.
There are references online to "Block number band" in this context, but I rather suspect that "Band" is meant in the sense of "volume", and not "band". Does anyone know precisely what these "Nummernbänder" really are? |
