German to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Computers: Hardware / Computer hardware & peripherals | | German term or phrase: Eingabefach | Context:
"Die Software steuert den Roboter, der Medien im Eingabefach automatisch entnimmt, in ein CD/DVD-Laufwerk einlegt, einliest, wieder entnimmt und schließlich im Ausgabefach ablegt."
I initially thought the Eingabefach must be the CD/DVD tray in the drive, but that seems to be the next step, and then the Ausgabefach is evidently the opposite of the Eingabefach. This is re. a CD/DVD copy robot. Might it be an "input tray"?
