"Die nötigen externen Anschlüsse werden an der Rückseite nach Außen geführt und bieten einen Netzanschluss, 2x FireWire 800 (ermöglicht KETTENSCHALTUNG)."
Da hier der Zusammenhang nur eingeschränkt preisgegeben wird, kann ich mit meinen nicht ausreichenden Kenntnissen in diesem Bereich und noch weniger Google-Treffern daraus schlau werden, geschweige denn den passenden Begriff auswählen.
Hier noch ein Beispiel:
"Als Schnittstellen dienen USB 2.0 und FireWire 800 (IEEE 1394b), wobei Letztere gleich zweifach vorhanden ist. Die zweifache Ausführung ermöglicht die Kettenschaltung von Laufwerken, welches ein wesentliches Alleinstellungsmerkmal von FireWire an sich darstellt."
