Tech/Engineering - Computers: Hardware | | German term or phrase: Siliciumscheibe | | I am translating an appendix to another document that contains the term Siliciumscheibe. My resources give Siliciumscheibe as "wafer" and Siliziumkristallplatte as "silicon wafer". Doesn't seem to be any differenc to me. Is there anyone who really knows about this stuff who can help me? |
