Explanation:
would be the correct ITIL term, if the support is categorized levelwise. The first line support accepts informations on incidents or questions and relays the more complicated ones towards the experts of the 2nd, 3rd and n'th level.
Without the level structure it is called Service Desk.

All of the suggestions are potentially correct. To a certain extent it's a matter of taste and depends on what other terms appear in the contract when referring to other specific services (and as mentioned above (albeit incorrectly spelled) the corporate culture).
Normally a call would be received by the help desk, entered into a ticketing system and then forwarded/escalated to the appropriate group (e.g. help with usage, 1st (or 2nd, 3rd) level technical support for technical issues, etc.)
