I have no idea what is meant by "gesaftem".

The sentence comes in the "Verpflichtungen eines Senders" section.

Bei nicht aktivem Bus ist zu prüfen, ob unter Berücksichtigung des aktuellen eigenen Steuergerät- Zustandes ein Wecken des CAN-Buses notwendig ist (Bsp: Türgriff-Info bei gesaftem Fahrzeug muß nicht den CAN wecken)
