Ein Auswertesystem sollte bereits ein breites Angebot an Standardauswertetypen mitbringen, die an die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse des Kunden anpassbar sind und durch neue kundenspezifische Auswertetypen leicht erweitert werden können.
I'm drawing a total blank on this, although I'm certain there must be a set term for this in English.

Explanation: My first reaction was "grading system," but since that term is already used in system, I would specify it as a "grading method" (within the greater system).
