with the earlier discussion, i meant the one posted by another member....where Rennliste meant scorecard.

Anyway, the suggestions given by you seem to fit my context perfectly i.e. Ranked list. Thanks for your inputs

Could you perhaps give us more information about the earlier discussion you mention? "Ranked list" seems to fit your context here, even if "Rangliste" is more usual in German. The "Pareto" reference also seems to support this. See, e.g.:
