Wenn SAP als Software gemeint ist, dann hätte hier sowieso "in" stehen müssen. Wenn man vielleicht (SAP-)System weggelassen hat, ist es zwar immer noch falsch, "im" zu verwenden - aber vielleicht nachvollziehbar.
Wenn hier absichtlich "im" verwendet und nichts weggelassen wurde, muss SAP irgendwas anderes heißen, denn der Firmenname "SAP steht für 'Systeme, Anwendungen und Produkte in der Datenverarbeitung'" - und da passt "im" auch nicht ...

Is represented really the right word in this context?

Barbara's suggestion "the structure parts list can be reproduced in SAP" sounds good, but wouldn't that mean

"die Strukturstückliste in SAP",

rather than

"die Strukturstückliste im SAP"?

Könntest du mir vielleicht die URL per Mail zukommen lassen, da sie ja hier nicht korrekt angezeigt wird? Das wäre toll!

"Des Weiteren" habe ich so übersetzt, weil es sich in der Vorlage so oft wiederholt oder mit "Außerdem" abwechselt, und meine Korrekturleser mögen "Wiederholungsfehler" gar nicht, selbst wenn sie in der Vorlage waren. "In addition..." etc. hab ich schon zu oft bemüht.

Guck dir unter http://wirtschaft.fho-emden.de/home/elsner$home.nsf/4e9e62bec8dc2ab5c1256c98004bba69/ef7564aac7e0617cc1256cb0002ae063/$FILE/Prowi-bild$st%C3%BCcklisten%2301.PDF eine einfache und sehr klare Beschreibung einer Strukturstückliste an, dann weißt du, was gemeint ist.
Des Weiteren hätte ich einfach als in addition/additionally/furthermore übersetzt, genau wie Strukturstückliste als indented BoM und also als i.e.
