German term or phrase: Objektkatalog
"Objektkataloge" are published by various building authorities in Germany (e.g. waterways authority, highway construction authority) and are standardised lists of assets, structures or parts of structures with various attributes to facilitate the exchange of information, drawing up specifications etc. Does anyone know if there is an equivalent in British or American English?

neutral  Ken Cox: or list -- to my way of thinking, a portfolio comprises the actual objects (in an abstract sense, so to speak), while a list contains information about the objects -- but actual usage should be the determining factor
