Der Plandurchlauf erfolgt anhand des dargestellten Schemas.

I know planlauf can be "flow plan/chart", but in this case it is a bit more complicated. It is an actual "Prüfplan" (construction drawings to be verified by diverse specialists) that passes through the steps shown within the flow chart (the "Schema" mentioned above). The flow chart shows who downloads the plan when and passes it on to whom and does what with it, i.e. the movements of the drawing... I don't think it is quite "planverfolgung" either as it is not being monitored where it went, but instead are instructions for where it has to go. Plandurchlauf and Planlauf are used synonymously throughout the document.
