"... mit einem geraden, zumindest in einem Abschnitt unter einem Winkel (A) zur Rohrleitungs-Längsachse verlaufenden Rohrteil ...

I'm having trouble with the "unter einem Winkel ... verlaufenden ..." part.

Any insight or sample translations for that phrase would be appreciated. In particular (for any German-speaking people): Does "unter" mean "less than" or "at" a particular angle here?
