Hi folks.

I have never seen it used this way and wanted to gather the collective knowledge. Here it is:

Für die Dauer der Montage wird XXX qualifizierte Vorarbeiter wie zur Erfüllung der Montagezeit benötigt und 2 qualifiziert Monteuer abstellen.

XXX is the company name.

My *guess* is something like:
For the duration of the assembly work, XXX will assign as many qualified foremen as needed to complete (cover?) the assembly term and 2 qualified mechanics.

My sticking point is 'wie' in this sentence. I am just starting, so all the other terms may change, but any pointers for 'wie' would be appreciated.
