The word "Anker" will be translated as "anchor". Inspired by the for of the Versetzanker I propose to translate this as staggered anchor. The "Abhebeanker" may be a raised anchor.

Lack of context, but I think that it is a factory-supplied item for the purpose mentioned. The minus sign simply stands for 'anker' as is common in repetition in German. It only becomes confusing with th + sign following immediately.
