...this is a tough one indeed. Passion and partnership does not fit too well in English unless it's for the partnership/love interest field...
The blank would have to be what they do. What does this food group do anyway? We want to be your food group? No, that doesn't work either unless they're carbohydrates. We want to be your partner in food?

Another thing, "Passion for better food" might work if they're a group of companies for pet foods and want to improve a dismal situation. "Better food" lacks oompf. Bad food, satisfactory food, better food. Get what I mean?

Are you sure that the heading/slogan reads "Partner aus Leidenschaft" zum Kunde and not out of passion for the product/service they sell/do?
