Margaret Marks: 7:43pm Sep 17, 2005: This is a standard German nouvelle cuisine menu term. I would say 'with' is the equivalent. 'an' really means 'beside'. If you see the final dish, you will see that the elements are *not* on top of each other, but just as often spaced out. Too late now! -
