Das ist vielleicht ein Schweizerischer Begriff. Es ist irgend eine Art gastronomischer Betrieb.

"Seit bald 120 Jahren führt die Familie in Bern einen Verpflegungsbetrieb – zuerst eine einfache Kostgeberei und Chüechliwirtschaft an verschiedenen Standorten in den Gassen der Berner Altstadt."

I would use this slightly old-fashioned term, to indicate that it is not a bakery or a pastry shop, but something simpler. It would not be a stall or stand, because even today in Bern a "Wirtschaft" is a restaurant.

  -> for example, in 1900 they were at 12 Gerechtigkeitsgasse, they had to movein 1903 when the rent went up, so they moved to No. 18, which was cheaper, then it was renovated and they had to move on, and so on... not simultaneously Standort.

das Wort Chüechli bedeutet kleiner Kuchen. In der Schweiz heisst Kuchen "Chueche", somit der kleine Kuchen "Chüechli". Die Chüechli gibt es dann in verschiedensten Variationen, wie du bereits gesehen hast....

Ich bin zwar nicht aus der Schweiz, aber wenn ich die Google-Ergebnisse richtig interpretier, ist Chüechli der schweizer Ausdruck für Küchlein bzw. kleiner Kuchen und wird in sehr unterschiedlichen Rezepten verwendet. Es handelt sich dabei in den meisten Fällen offenbar um fritiertes Gebäck, welches pikant, süß oder gar nicht gefüllt wird oder fertig gekauft auch wahlweise im Ofen gebacken werden kann. Ich glaube was du suchst sind Fasnachtschüechli, die sehen so aus als ob sie zu deiner Beschreibung passen.
